It's been a while since I've posted to this blog. It's not that I'm lacking inspiration or ideas for workouts. It's just that I've had a sick baby and sick mom for...well, I can't remember that last time we were both feeling good.
But, prepare yourself for an increase in good pregnancy workouts. It's true, I'm expecting number dos and struggling with morning/all day sickness. I've still worked out almost every day, and in my opinion it helps with the sickness.
So, short story long, I'll be back soon!! :)
